Pursuant to the increasing demand of our clientele, we began a quality approach over the last half of 1998.

The motivation and the efforts of the entire staff allowed us to obtain the ISO 9002 certification on March 23, 1999.

This crucial stage was due to evolving towards an ever-improving quality.

In October 2009, we moved towards the version 2008 ISO 9001certification.

We are awaiting our new certificate.

Our objectives:

• Maintain and improve the quality, namely: service, reliability, time frames, consistency, brand image, guarantee, with the intent of obtaining the customer's total satisfaction.
• The preservation of a know-how, a rigor, a follow-up, and the customer confidence
• The on-going improvement Quality System and our performance
• And to ensure the continued existence of the company
